LeadLoop stores the data you and your website visitors submit through the widget: a name and message when provided, the page and traffic source of the click and the device type. IP addresses are used only for rate limiting and are not stored with leads. Data belongs to your workspace. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers or use it to train models.
You are the controller of the lead data you collect. Tell your visitors that you use LeadLoop in your own privacy notice and only collect what you need.
You can delete any lead from the dashboard, and you can delete your workspace from Settings. Deleting a workspace removes all of its leads, sites, links and members.
Subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. We never see or store card details.
